The Commission is a bipartisan, joint legislative commission that provides the General Assembly with information relevant to the Illinois economy, taxes, and other sources of revenue and debt obligations of the State. There were no material findings of noncompliance disclosed during our examination. ACCOUNTANT’S OPINION We conducted a compliance examination of the Commission, for the two years ended June 30, 2015, as required by the Illinois State Auditing Act.
