FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS

There were no material findings of noncompliance disclosed during our audit tests. We commend the Foundation for maintaining an effective system of internal controls.

AUDITOR’S OPINION

Our special assistant auditors stated the Illinois Conservation Foundation’s financial statements as of June 30, 2001 and for the year then ended are fairly presented in all material respects.
