Our special limited scope compliance examination was restricted to this expenditure authority and associated expenditures from the General Revenue Fund, which totaled $257,349,000 in Fiscal Year 2020 and $266,893,000 in Fiscal Year 2021. ACCOUNTANT’S OPINION The accountants conducted a special limited scope compliance examination of the Fund for the two years ended June 30, 2021, as required by the Illinois State Auditing Act. The accountants stated the Fund complied, in all material respects, with the requirements described in the report. The special limited scope compliance examination was conducted by the Office of the Auditor General’s staff.
