Mr. Williamson called about obtaining RFP for the Illinois Literacy Foundation. I took Mr. Williamson to the OAG website and walked him through the Procurement Bulletin section where the RFPs that have been released can be located. The Illinois Literacy Foundation engagement is part of the competitive RFP procurement with the Office of the Secretary of State (RFP 12-1). Any proposals submitted in response to this RFP need to address both the Secretary of State and the Illinois Literacy Foundation engagements.  Any firm submitting a proposal in response to the RFP would need to be prequalified at level IV with the OAG.
