 INTRODUCTION

The Attorney Registration and Disciplinary
Commission monitors the registration and
regulation of attorneys admitted to
practice law in Illinois.

There were no material findings of
noncompliance disclosed during our audit.

AUDITORS' OPINION

The auditors stated the financial
statements of the Attorney Registration
and Disciplinary Commission as of and for
the years ended December 31, 2015 and
December 31, 2014, are fairly stated in
all material respects.

ACCOUNTANT’S OPINION

The accountants conducted a compliance
examination of the Commission for the two
years ended December 31, 2015 and stated
the Commission complied, in all material
respects, with the requirements described
in the report.
