COMMISSION ON NTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATION - ABOLISHED 02/01/2004

 

Effective February 1, 2004, the Legislative Commission Reorganization Act of 1984 (25 ILCS 130/4-1), as amended, transferred all powers, duties, rights, responsibilities, personnel, assets, liabilities, and indebtedness of the Illinois Commission on Intergovernmental Cooperation to the Legislative Research Unit.
