NUCLEAR SAFETY, DEPARTMENT OF - ABOLISHED 07/01/2003

Effective July 1, 2003, Executive Order Number 12 (2003) transferred all powers, duties, rights and responsibilities vested in the Illinois Department of Nuclear Safety to the Illinois Emergency Management Agency.
